Hello once more!:

Well, you can call this the diet journal. I have used some of your advice to loss the excess of weight, is the 5th day I keep on a healthy diet and I have lost already 3 pounds, 10 more to go.

On the other hand, diet is hard man!, I have a box full of home made muffins right in front of my nose every day and I can't touch a single one.

I'm not doing anything crazy (for you all to know) I just changed some habits and eliminated some goodies. For example, junk food (pizza, burgers, hot dogs, cheese, chips, fries, sodas, cookies, muffins, pies...) is off question. I have also retired cheese and butter for a while from my diet, but don't worry, I have other sources of calcium, like, for example, sardines and some cottage cheese.


I eat lots of vegetables and fruits, 5 rations per day, I eat them grilled, boiled, in soup... and lots of meat and fish too (tuna, sardines, turkey, beef, mussels, ) and my star food these days are mushrooms and asparragus. I personally like the mushrooms grilled with some garlic, onion and a touch of white wine, salt and pepper.

I also do one hour of exercise (aerobics, weights and floor exercises) per day. Not easy, but is paying back.

I measure myself with rice, bread, cous cous and potatoes, but they are all included in the diet. I still take coffee, but instead of sugar, I put stevia on it, which is sweeter than sugar, but has no calories and is good for teeth (no cavities)

You all probably know by now that I have won flipshake's contest,don't you? well, I haven't received a single email from the administrators of the site. I have contacted the other winners and they haven't either.
I hope everything is fine. I wanted that camera to take pictures of my wedding. That would mean the world for me.
